 With the grant money I was awarded from Jane Goodall's Roots and Shoots for my Maui Dolphin project, I purchased fundraising materials: 10 Tote bags, 500 stickers, and 250 bookmarks. I helped design a coloring page also. We will print the coloring pages and give them out to help spread the word. I have a presentation and am doing interviews over the next week about the Maui Dolphins. I plan to fundraise with these items to raise money for the Maui Dolphins on behalf of NABU International and Dr. Barbara Maas. I helped design this coloring page. (I love to zendoodle) Print, color, and share with me - I'd LOVE it!

Thanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowc ascascing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
